When is my order coming?
All our orders are despatched the same day providing your order is received before 3pm, your order will be despatched via Royal Mail 1st class (*Royal Mail Airmail) post.

Can I track my order?
Should you require tracking for your purchase, please ensure you select the correct postage option when making your purchase.

Where is my order?
All our orders are despatched via Royal Mail 1st class (*Royal Mail Airmail) post, however, they do say to allow 15 (*20) working days before the parcel is classed as ‘missing’. If your parcel hasn’t arrive we do ask that you call your local depot just to see if they have attempted delivery and are holding your parcel awaiting collection, as it is held there for 28 days..

Can I collect my item?
We are a mail order company and as such, collections are unfortunately not available.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently allow orders from all countries.

What is the returns, exchange and refunds policy?
You are entitled to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days. Items are returned at the buyers cost. Customers are requested to return items in the original packaging, unused and unopened. Goods will only be refunded once a return has been received and examined by us and all items must be unused, unopened and in saleable condition. Refunds will be made net of the original outgoing postage charges paid by the seller.

I want to return my order?
Please refer to our returns policy in the previous question. We will accept all returns providing the item is in the original packaging, unused and unopened. Please request a Returns Form – full details are provided on the form. Please ensure you provide all the information requested on the form and enclose in your package.
